Returns & refunds

We want desk equipment to fit the space and device you planned for. You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, with included components and accessories.

How to return an item

  1. Contact [email protected] or +1 909-674-4423 with your order number, the item and the reason for your return. For damage, an incorrect item or a quality issue, include photos if available.
  2. Package the unused item securely in its original packaging. Enclose your order number and contact email so we can identify the return.
  3. Send your return to: Orvanta Tech LLC, 6 WHEELER RIDGE CIR, MANVEL TX 77578, United States. You can contact us first for guidance. Use a trackable shipping service and keep the receipt.

Who pays return shipping?

We cover return shipping for a quality issue, an incorrect item or damage in transit. Please contact us to arrange the return shipping in those situations. For other reasons, including a change of mind or a size choice, the customer pays return shipping. Standard outbound shipping charges are not refunded for a change-of-mind return; charges related to our error or a defective item are refundable.

Inspection and refund timing

After the return reaches us, allow 3–5 business days for inspection. If it meets the return conditions, we initiate the refund to the original payment method and notify you by email. The time for the credit to appear depends on your bank or payment provider.

If an item arrives used, incomplete or without its original packaging, we will contact you about the review before making a return decision. We do not charge a restocking fee for an eligible return.

Exchanges and cancellations

For a different size or item, contact us to discuss a return and a separate replacement order. If you need to cancel an order, contact us promptly. We can cancel before dispatch when possible; an order already dispatched follows the return process.
