These terms apply to your use of orvantadesk.com and purchases from Orvanta Desk, operated by Orvanta Tech LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. Our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy explain delivery and return conditions.
Shopping and accounts
You must be able to enter into a binding agreement to place an order. Provide accurate contact, billing and delivery details. If you create an account, keep your sign-in details private and tell us if you believe the account has been used without permission.
Product details and fit
Read each product description and selected option before ordering. Screen sizes are nominal device designations unless a physical measurement is specifically provided. Compare actual device and workspace dimensions. Colors may vary with your display, and material appearance can vary between pieces. Accessories used to show a setup are not included unless listed in the package contents.
Prices and orders
Prices are in U.S. dollars. The order summary shows merchandise and shipping charges, together with any applicable tax, before an order is placed. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of the order; it does not prevent us from contacting you about an address issue, an obvious listing error or another problem that affects fulfillment.
If a price or product description contains a material error, we will contact you before proceeding and offer the choice of correcting or canceling the affected order. If we cannot fulfill an accepted order, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the unfulfilled items.
Delivery, returns and cancellations
We serve the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Processing takes 1–3 business days, with transit of 2–7 days after dispatch. Standard shipping is free on orders $59+ and $6.99 below $59. Eligible return requests may be made within 30 days of delivery, as described in our Refund Policy. Contact us promptly about a cancellation or address change; changes may not be possible after dispatch.
Use of the website and equipment
Do not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access or submit unlawful content. Use products for their intended purpose, follow included instructions and check that moving or assembled parts are secured before use. Keep heavy equipment on suitable supporting surfaces and within any listed load limit.
Content and responsibility
The Orvanta Desk name, logo and original website content are owned by or licensed to Orvanta Tech LLC. Do not reproduce them for commercial use without permission. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses arising from misuse of the website or equipment. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.
